Real Property Management was founded with a clear purpose: to provide hands-on, reliable property management backed by real-world business experience. We believe property owners deserve a team that understands properties from the ground up and communicates clearly at every stage.
We are a husband-and-wife team, Andrew and Britney Rutledge. Together, we combine construction knowledge, real estate expertise, and strong communication to deliver dependable property management services built on trust, accountability, and results.

Meet Andrew

Andrew serves as our Maintenance Coordinator and top Showing Agent, bringing years of experience in construction and utilities to every property we manage.
Prior to property management, Andrew owned and operated an underground utility company, where he gained extensive hands-on experience with infrastructure, repairs, and project coordination. That background allows him to quickly identify issues, communicate effectively with contractors, and ensure maintenance work is completed correctly-not just temporarily fixed.
In addition to overseeing maintenance, Andrew conducts property showings and works directly with prospective tenants. His active presence in the field provides valuable insight into how properties show, what renters are looking for, and what improvements can help reduce vacancy and attract quality tenants.

Meet Britney

Britney brings a unique blend of education and real estate experience to Real Property Management. With a background in teaching and experience as a licensed real estate professional, she is highly skilled in communication, organization, and setting clear expectations.
Her teaching background shapes her approach to property management, focused on clarity, consistency, and proactive guidance. Britney oversees client communication, leasing strategy, pricing, and overall management operations, ensuring owners are informed and confident in every decision.
She believes successful property management is not just about managing properties, but about guiding owners and tenants through the process with professionalism and transparency.

Scott Law

Scott HeadshotScott was born and raised in Nashua NH and along with his wife Abbie, raised two sons’ (Everett & Parker) there.  He has also lived in Manchester NH and now resides in Hollis, NH.  He attended local schools until he graduated from Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall Preparatory School in Waltham MA, then obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Management & Information Technology graduated from Daniel Webster College.

A love for trucking was born at an early age as he grew up in his family’s Logistics & commercial real estate company Law Logistics, which eventually brought him to purchase his own trucking company, McMillan Transport, in 2010.

Later in life, while working for the commercial real estate division of the family business Scott garnered a passion for real estate, specifically commercial real estate.

In 2021 Scott and Parker decided it was time they put their combined passions together and start their own property management venture – Real Property Management Absolute.

Parker Law

Parker HeadshotParker was born and raised in Southern NH, attending both Nashua Community College and the University of Tampa, Florida. Parker’s passion for real estate started by growing up working in the family logistics and commercial real estate companies. With the purchase of his first home in Nashua, that passion continued to grow in the summer of 2020.

After acquiring his Real Estate Salesperson license with the state of New Hampshire, Parker and Scott started Real Property Management Absolute. With a keen eye for rental homes and passive income, Parker is utilizing his real estate investment to generate additional income. With plans to expand his portfolio and increase his return on investment, Parker has the experience and licensing required to help you do the same.
